There's the Australian School of Abu Dhabi in Khalifa City B (http://www.aia.vic.edu.au/abu_dhabi) - but it seems they're Australian in name only, as the curriculum is the IB Diploma. If you're specifically looking for a school that teaches the Australian curriculum, as far as I know there isn't one in Abu Dhabi.
The IB Diploma is internationally recognised, however, as is the English national curriculum. There are several international schools in Abu Dhabi to choose from. How old are your kids? If they're young enough the change in curriculum might not bother them too much.
I suggest contacting the school and finding out when the earliest time that you can apply would be. Some schools accept rolling admissions and it is often easier to get a place later in the school year after a few expat kids go back to their home countries - Abu Dhabi is a transient place and it is possible that expats will leave and open up spaces later in the year.
There's a review of the British School Al Khubeirat, as well as many other international schools, in the FREE Expat Arrivals Guide to Schools in Abu Dhabi, which you can download here. This is a great guide to schools in Abu Dhabi if you're shopping around for a new one, and contains all the info you need to know about schools in Abu Dhabi!
