I am an employee in Oman . My nationality is Indian and I belong to Kerala state.My question is, do I need to do appostille the marriage certificate from delhi or only from my state home department to process for the spouse visa. Kindly answer

Hi, Sorry for late comment, Regarding spouse/depenent visa, she/he should have, 1. Valid passport, 2. Medical fitness certificate from (GCC approved centre), 3. Marriage Certificate. Medical fitness and Marriage certificate should be endorsed by Apostille stamp from MoEA, Govt. of India or other applicable countries, before that get approval from home state HRD or SDM (sub divisional Magistrate). In Kerala expat will get apostille from Chennai (Tamilnadu) itself and no need to go to Delhi. I think it would be helpful... Dr.Cc
