Hello everyone! I'm a ballet teacher and I would like to send some proposal to some of the big schools in oman. ballet is an after school activity, an extra corricular activity.
If one school agreed to partner with me, what kind of visa are they giving? can I still offer ballet in other schools? because normally ballet classes in one after school activity will last only for one to 2 hours. that is why I want to offer =it to other schools.
If they give me employment visa, can I still offer classes to other schools? please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

Generally speaking, it doesn't seem that the Omani government make allowances for foreigners to freelance in the country.
If you are hired by a school, they will help you obtain the visa. Remember you need to have a secure job offer before applying for a visa.
Because the prospective employer will have to invest so much time and money into hiring an expat, the system makes it difficult to chop and change jobs. If you decide to change jobs you will require a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer. This is rarely given and for most expats it means leaving Oman for 5 months and then reapplying for another work visa.
Obviously, your situation is more complicated as you'd technically have more than one employer.
I would contact an immigration specialist and see whether it would be possible for you to start up a business where you offer your services to the schools - see if there is some type of business visa you could get hold of.
In the meantime to get a more detailed overview of the visa process check out the Visas for Oman page
Good luck
