We have an 1 bed apartment in Hurghada. We are looking to sell. We bought it off plan, now after 4 years or so are looking for change. Can anyone advise ?

Egypt is know for having quite complex bureaucracy, so I'd advise you to get hold of a number estate agents who will be able to give you more information.
