Hi akivaalves, it's quite a complex process to buy a car in Saudi Arabia, but definitely doable.

Certain cars are only reserved for families, so you need to consider your family situation - will you be moving there on your own, or with your family? There are also a number of rules applying to who can drive in the Kingdom - for example, women are not allowed to drive a vehicle, but they can own one and have a driver.

I am not sure about your taste in cars but Toyota offers from urban sedan to sports sedan. Also a range of MPV's. If you are a terrain conquerer you can look at large chunky SUV's while not to ignore the crossovers for urban style. Saudi has a good car market and you will find plenty of options to choose from. But you will have to do fair amount of research. Also walk into few showrooms, take test drive, evaluate and then take time to decide. You must also look at quality and durability when you buy car in Riyadh, because of the extreme climate here. Hence ideal would be to try offerings from Toyota.
