Hi there,

You can find information on accommodation in all three of those areas on our Areas and Suburbs in Dubai page. You may also find the Cost of Living in Dubai page helpful – be aware that accommodation in Dubai is generally quite expensive and the norm is to pay a full year of rent in advance. With preparation and planning, though, this can be manageable, especially if your relocation package includes an accommodation allowance.

The best way to avoid being scammed by an agency, or someone posing as an agency, is to work through personal recommendations of someone you know if at all possible. Your employer may be able to recommend an agency, for example, especially if the company often deals with employing expats. Otherwise, try to examine the agency's internet presence – are they on social media, does their website look legitimate, and are there traces of them elsewhere on the internet apart from their website, etc. Also try Googling the agency's name along with "customer service reviews" to see if they're listed on any consumer complaints sites.

Good luck with your move.

There are very few reliable agencies. ADECO. INNOVATION. UHRS. Few more also there but these are top of all, to avoid fraudulent agency the simple thing they given a number in add, when u call them they wil tel u to come tomorow or today and most of time they wil give u addres in sharjah of there office as all fraudulent agencies are operated in sharjah, second idintification is when you visit them they wil ask u to pay different charges for services that they provide to you for getting that job. Ther real agency is recruitement is free of cost. U wil pay nothing for anything in real agency for recruitment. The three agencies i mentiond earlier are the best. One should visit then for finding gud job, as these three have most biggest companies in there clients list.

There are some big companies who give jobs right on their own web sites, like DAMAC, EMMAR, EMIRATES AIRLINES, etc, but in private or semi government the most reliable and real out sourcing agencies work in middle east and uae also are, addico. Ultimate (uhrs) and innovations, there are best and reliable. And there all services are free of cost.

Hi I have applied for a role in Dubai and have been advised that I have been successful and that a working visa is required and my Employer will put me in contact with an Immigration Lawyer to arrange the visa. My Employer has asked that I pay for the working visa which will be reimubursed as a sign of commitment. Does this sound like a scam?
