So this would probably depend on the landlord, but it might be worth approaching someone close, such as a family member, to see if they can act as a guarantor to ensure that you will be able to pay rent. 

Otherwise, you might have to pay a huge sum of rent in advance in order to guarantee your lease. House shares are another option, as the terms may be more lenient.
