Hi.

It looks like I'll be moving to Doha soon and I just wanted to know if there's any company offering relocation and orientation services and agency services (mandoob).

Also, are there any hotline services for xpats that offer advice and random assistance?

Hi there

There are a number of reputable relocation companies in Qatar which offer their services to expats moving to Qatar. I'm not aware of any local expat hotlines, but the general emergency number in Qatar is 999, and many of the operators can speak English. Hopefully one of our local expats will be able to offer you some more advice on this.

I will be setting up shop in Doha so it's quite indefinite.  Generally, my concern is access to correct information either online or otherwise.  Is there a reliable yellow pages in Doha?

Are there any struggles that expats face when trying to access information or contact numbers?
