Hi,
I'll be moving to Riyadh from India in next 2 months and looking for fully furnished accomdations preferably in the residential compounds. I'll be living alone there. Can you suggest some websites/ brokers where I can search for housing? Also, is it advisable to search online and book the housing ?

Hi there,
Our Accommodation in Riyadh page has some information regarding renting in popular compounds, as well as some advice about how to find and rent a home. Most employers assist with finding accommodation, and we recommend you request this assistance as the demand for homes in these compounds is high and it may be hard to get in. If your employer is not willing to find accommodation for you, we recommend you at least ask for some pointers from them as they would most likely have good insight into where to look.
The websites for the three compounds mentioned in our accommodation page may be a good place to start your research.
I hope this helps!
Hi! I just joined this forum and looking to help and answer questions :)
You can find a range of accommodation options (compounds) on right compound website.
I personally stay at Al Nakhla Residential resort here in Riyadh. Its a wonderful expat community. Check out their website too.
Hi there :)
May i ask how much is the annual rent at the Al Nakhla (3BR Villa)?
Does the rent include utilities?
Are there any nearby American or Canadian schools?
Do they charge commissions?
Thanks
