Hello,  considering a job offer in Nadi, Fiji.  I am hoping I can get some examples of people's budgets living in the area?  I would be moving from Canada with my wife and 2 kids.  Thanks for any advice..

When my cousin moved to Nadi, Fiji with his family, they found that the cost of living was generally lower compared to Canada. They managed to find a decent 3-bedroom apartment for around $800 to $1,200 per month, depending on the location. Groceries were also quite reasonable, with a family of four spending around $400 to $600 per month. Eating out at local restaurants can be quite affordable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person for a meal. Overall, they found that they could live comfortably on a budget of around $2,000 to $3,000 per month. Hope this helps!

Congrats on the Fiji move! Budget depends on your style. Basic living with home-cooked meals and exploring on foot? $50-70/day. More restaurant meals, taxis, and activities? $100-150/day.
