Advice on living in Singapore with children?

Hello expats. I have been offered a job in Singapore and and weighing it up. I am currently living in London with my wife and child, with one more on the way and am have a fairly good lifestyle although I understand that singapore is a good place to live and bring up children for a few years. I would love to get some first-hand feedback on living in singapore with children
- what is the cost of living like
- what is the weather in Singapore like
- what are the schools like
- how about domestic help/ nannies
- safety/ the health system
- making friends; how do you meet people
