Most people who move out to Dubai, already have a job offer and the employer usually takes responsibility for your visa. It is becoming increasingly difficult to get a job in Dubai, but there are still opportunities for those with sought after skills and experience in particular fields. Also, when remember that employers in the Middle East include a number of benefits to lure expats over to Dubai - these include a housing allowance, transport allowance, childrens school fees and a flight home, but the particulars will depend on the position and the company. But its worth bearing these things in mind, when looking for a job and negotiating a contract.

Mosaic Nursery is highly recommended for for nursery kids but as for the pricing I am not certain. You google it for more information. I think they have their own website.
