Hi papa wemba,

As an engineer your prospects of finding a job in Oman are high. But still, I would advise you to try and secure a job before moving over. The Omani government are tightening the conditions for hiring expats in Oman and so you and the employer will need to prove the you have skills not possessed by an Omani citizen. Obviously, then you will also have to wait for the work permit to be approved.
