I'm a teacher looking for an apartment, Do all compounds in Riyadh, including Compound 23 require that a tenant pay a year's rent upfront before moving in? Can a real estate company help spread the payments?How is Compound 23 in terms of activities, gym, pool?

Hi Matthew,

From what I can tell, because of limited availability and high demand at some popular compounds they can each set their own rules when it comes to the payment of rent. Obviously, they will give preference to tenants who can pay upfront or those that commit to longer contracts.

You can approach real estate companies are see if they can assist you any furhter. It will really depend on each individual agent and they type of contacts they have at particular compounds
