The visa that allows the family of people working in Oman to stay with them is called the Family Joining and Family Residence Visa. According to official sources, this visa is granted to the wife and children of a foreign man working and living in Oman.
The law in Oman does not allow women from Oman to pass on their citizenship to a foreign spouse or their children. It is quite possible then, that a foreign woman will be unable to sponsor her husband's visa.
The best thing to do is to contact the Oman Embassy in Rabat. It is possible that it may be easier get a Relative/Friend Visit Visa, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
