Where can I get gluten-free and different meat products in Fiji?

Hi, I've just moved to Lautoka and will be working at the local hospital for a few months. As a Coeliac l must follow a gluten free diet but so far am finding it hard to find gluten free foods. Also decent meats especially beef. Would appreciate help!!
