Hi everyone! I'll be moving to Nairobi at the beginning of May and am looking for a room or apartment in the region of 30-60,000 KES per month in Kilimani .

I'd like to meet people so would be very happy to live in a shared apartment. It would be great to make friends and get to know the city!

I'm also happy to look at a short term place for now, but will be staying in Kenya for at least 12 months.

Hi Adrian

I can't help you on specifics, but if you want to get a better idea of the real estate market and how to secure housing there, have a look at Accommodation in Kenya and Accommodation in Nairobi.

There are also plenty of resources and listings online.

Good luck!

Thanks for your help Xavier. I've read over these and a few other guides. I guess it's just a matter of carrying on the search until I find something! might there be any websites I've missed or that you'd recommend?
