How much can I expect to pay to rent a family home in the Al Muroor area of Abu Dhabi?

Hi, We are likely to be moving to AD in the coming months and Al Muroor looks like a good choice of area for us as we have young children and want to be near sports clubs schools etc. We are from the UK. Could anyone give me a ballpark figure to rent a house in this area with 3 bedrooms? My husband is currently negotiating package and a good indication of housing cost will be a great help. with thanks!

Hi Stephanie,

From a quick internet search I think you can expect to pay between AED 150,000 and AED 200,000 per annum for 3 bedroom apartment in Al Muroor.

Do you know where GEMS Cambridge school is or the British International School? Are they downtown do you know? Like you want to live near to good schools! Thx
