Hi there,

My critical skill visa was rejected with a "Submitted Inconsistent information" remark, but no more specific reason.

What should I do now? Should I request to review the decision, or should I rather reapply for a new visa?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Sonam,

Hope you are well!

I frequently listening about such rejections from South Africa Embassy Officials. They are not giving the exact reason for the rejection and which is giving a lot of confusion.

There could be any reason for your VISA rejection. Might be with your work experience documents.

I suggest you to re-check all the documents you submitted. Nowadays, Embassy Officials are rejecting Critical Skills VISA's for not providing the Offer Letter.

Make sure, you submit all the documents and go for an Appeal. You will have 10 working days time for an appeal.

I wish you good luck!

Hi Kushal,

I have applied for Critical skills visa and have been called for an interview @ Delhi. Do you have any idea about the interview process and reason. I appreciate your help.

Thanks

Kumar

Hi Kumar,

As per the recent VISA rejections after the Interview, they are checking more on communication skills and maybe less on Technical skills.

My Tip: Don't be afraid of answering the questions which were asked in the Interview panel. Be confident, pay attention towards their question. Don't ever give random answers to them. Maintain eye contact throughout.

You give your best and wait for the result. Don't worry, you will win!

I wish you good luck!

Hi Kushal,

Thank you so much for your reply, noted.

Is there any guide to go through the list of questions? I have traveled to UK, Australia and other Asian countries but this is the first time called for an interview.

Thanks

Kumar

Hi,

Anyone attended for critical skilled visa interview @ South Africa High Commissioner Office - Delhi?

If yes - Can you provide any insights of what they were expecting? what questions you faced? Did they requested to produce any specific document - Such as offer letter with a South African employer ?

Anyone attending for CSA Visa on/before 27th-June-2018 ?

Thanks,

N.

Hi All

My CSV application was rejected twice by Consulate General Mumbai. First rejection reason was "Failure to submit relieving letter for <xyz> company". Then I submitted the fresh application with the all the requested document, then also my visa got rejected. This time I got the reason as "Employed in India by <xyz> company".

After second rejection I submitted the Appeal application. It is almost more than 1 year now, however I have not received any decision on my appeal.

Request you guys to please let me know if I need to wait for decision on appeal, or I should re-apply for visa. And if I need to re-apply then is it mandatory to submit offer letter from SA Employer. And does this guarntee that I will get visa if I submit the offer letter.

Waiting for response.

Thanks in advance.
