What type of secondary schools can I apply to in Malaysia?

I am an international student what should I do to apply in Malaysian schools (secondary school)? And which type of schools I am allowed to apply in (private, public or international) or all of them are allowed?

You can apply to any school you want to go to. Public schools are given classes in Malay though. Private and International are in English.
