Areas and prices of accommodation in Abu Dhabi?

I am negotiating for a role in Abu Dhabi.

I will be moving from London with my wife. Would like a 2 bed apartment with facilities like gym and pool.

Which is a good area for expats and how much should I expect to pay. Not looking for top end apartment but must be a good location for amenities
