Does anyone have any insights about the schooling system in Angola...we're potentially moving there with our kids but worried about the schools. Are there good international schools in Luanda???

Hi Jonny, there are a number of international schools in Luanda. The quality of these is variable and it all depends on what curriculum you'd like your kids to follow and what their home language is. Also, check with your company as most large companies sponsor a particular school and their employees kids get preference at these schools. Two popular choices for English-speaking expats in Angola are the Luanda International School and the English School Community of Luanda Angola. Turkish School (Colegio Esperança Internacional) is in Benfica. Prices are +- 8000USD per year. Buildings, desks, teachers, environment etc are quite good.
