Reference with news dated 26-02-2016 - "People with old tuberculosis scars can get UAE visa". It's a great news for me as well as many people suffer from the Ban from old policy and couldn't enter UAE. But I have one question regarding this issue that people who had Immigration Ban on their names because of old policy, now what will be the status of their Bans? Are their Bans removed automatically after this amendment in policy and they can apply new visa directly? or they have to apply some departments to request to remove their Bans? For example i will tell you my own story. I worked in Abu Dhabi, from Nov-2007 to Jan 2008. On that time, I could not continue my job because my medical was not clear. I got medical ban because of old TB Scar on my chest, but I never had TB in my life and many time I had medical tests in Pakistan and also in Saudi Arabia. All reports are clear and even I don't have any Scar on my chest now. I have all latest medical reports attested from UAE embassy in Saudi Arabia. I got job in Dubai in July, 2014, but Immigration department refused my Visa because of this Ban. Then i tried to come on visit visa through AbuDhabi but when they scan my eyes they said you have ban and cannot enter in UAE. Now after reading the news i am very happy that i can come back to UAE again. But i have above question in my mind about the status of that Ban on my name. Could anyone please clarify this question through their sources (if possible) from Health or Immigration departments in UAE?
