My name is Anafe Mortezo i just want to ask some question hope u would help me.. I work in dubai last year at month of june as a domestic helper..but my employer didn't follow the rules and regulation about my salary that's why i decided to go back in philippines this april 26 on this year.. I worked in Al Ain for 10 months only, and now im applying a skilled work again in Uae. when they process my visa this october they said that im a blocklisted.. how can i be a blocklisted if i didnt do any case? or is it possible that when they process my visa this october say's that im a block listed because the 6 month ban i have can be lift only after this october 26? I also have a permission to my employer before i came back to my country that's why im so confuse..hope you can help me regarding my question sir! thanks :)

There are a number of reasons why you have been black listed, but the likelihood is that your employer put a run away case since you left which automatically puts you in the black list. There isn't anything you can do but wait.

I did not go through run away case.. cause i have permission in to my employer whe i left dubai and go back here in my country, so how it can be that im a block listed when everything is right when i go back in philippines?

What did they tell you at the embassy? If you still didn't go to UAE consulate then you should. Find out what the problem is.
