Can I get a job with training attached to it in soft skills or international studies or affairs in Canada? I have a degree in communication & linguistics in Nigeria.

Since 2009, Canada has increased jobs available in certain sectors, so there is a good chance of being able to find a job in the country.

You can use portals like JobBank to assist you in finding relavent opportunities. You can also approach companies directly on their website.
