Hi, we are a working couple who are originally from Delhi (India) but currently living in Melbourne and moving to Hongkong in April for work reasons. We have a 12 month old and wanted to know the best way to care for her while we are at work. Is day care recommended or getting a professional nanny? In either cases what is the best way to go about it? I am interested in finding her a good day-care where she has activities and toys to keep her busy, her schedule can be maintained but also where she can be taken care of well. Needless to say hygiene and professionalism is a must and I am hoping to get some feedback from the experience expats here. We were also considering getting a fulltime maid and again wanted thoughts on what is the best way to find them. Also what is the most recommended areas to stay? We don't want to be too far off from the action i.e. discovery bay etc. but not either in the midst of noise and pollution in causwaybay. Ideally walking to childcare/daycare option would be the best. Thanks in advance for any feedback/ideas/tips that anyone can share. Really nervous to move my little one but fingers crossed the relocation should work out smoothly. Thanks again Shikha
