Insurance for domestic helper in Russia?

I've arrived in Russia and brought my domestic helper / nanny with me.

Two questions:

1) can I get medical insurance for her? What is best

2) am i able to obtain domestic helper insurance that would protect her against any issues that occur in the house or cover her repatriation if required
