I am a teacher my husband is 55yrs and my son is studying at Canada. Interested to apply for a PR at Canada but the agency says my application will be unsuccessful as we are above 45yrs.Is that true? Suggest please

Hi SPC,

There is nothing on the official sites  that state an age criteria for PR eligibility.

I suggest getting a second opinion or contacting the embassy directly.
