Letter of Offer of Employment in Abu Dhabi?

I have received the offer letter of emplyement from ADOBE PETROLEUM CORPORATION (APETCO)in Hamdan St. Abu Dhabi from Engr. Rami Toderaso.Moreover under term and condition candidate that accept the offer will have to contact the AirWings Express Travel & Tourism llc and shoulder all the expense for the processing, procurement and acquisition of necessary permits clearance papers with the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR and the company will be reimbursing back the expense. honsetly i am wondering if this is instruction are base on UAE labor law.

I'm on the state of hesitation if this offer is legit hence as employee hired by company all the expenses and travel ticket and work permits must be comply by the compay who hired me.

Hopefully you can help me explain the right procedure as per Labor of Ministry in UAE before i will accept the offer.

I have been offered a job by "Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi", as purchase officer. How will I determine whether this is not a fraud. I am residing in Kuwait. No interview was taken. I just applied for the job and an email came with an offer!! please help.

While there is such a clinic in Abu Dhabi as I use there services, this is my second contract here. It is very unusual to receive an offer based on the submission of a resume. If you have a contact person, I would should you ask about the "Work Entry Permit" that you should receive prior to coming to the UAE. Also be advised that what ever language the contract for services is written in, the Arabic language version filed with the Ministry of Labor is the ruling one. If they ask for any kind of fees, walk away. They are required by UAE Law to pay your airfare here and back plus provide you with housing and medical care. There are other benefits, read the UAE Labor law on line. One more item, there are only two types of contracts for expats...Limited (term with a define end date) and Unlimited (undefined end date).
