Lifetime ban from Sharjah immigration - what to do?

Dear Concern ,
I return from UAE in last 2011 oct , I got travel ban due to my Bank Liberalities, I have faced the leagl process to settle my bank issues. I was having a Sharjah Free zone visa as shipping Manager , and the Sharjah immigration put me life time Ban as I have cancel my visa in Last November 2010 due to Bank put me travel Ban that's why i can not travel , Now iam in Pakistan and try to come back Dubai for Job as I have Jobs offers ,Please advise me what I have to do and that ban also effect in al GCC countries include Oamn muscat . please answer me.
