How to go about renting property in Abu Dhabi?

I will be moving to Abu Dhabi next month and I am looking for a fully furnished apartment or villa. Who is the best broker to go through or the best way to get the process started before I arrive.

Hi Legend211,

There are a number of agencies in Abu Dhabi that can assist you in finding a property in Abu Dhabi. I suggest you try and contact a representative and discuss your requirements with them - i.e. where abouts you want to live, the size of the property, etc.

Two reputable real estate agencies in Abu Dhabi are LLJ Property and Better Homes.

Also speak to your company - they might have a contact that they use to house their expats. Often they will have deals so you can better rates on agency fees.
