Schools for my children in Oslo?

Hello everyone,

Could you please help me for this: I have two sons - one of 11 years old, one just 1 year old. I hope my application to the Master Program at University of Oslo will be ok this August. However, I'm wondering about my children: could I bring them all to Oslo? If yes, is it difficult to find out kindergarten and public school for them? Do you know how much does it cost (public kindergarten and school only, I cannot pay for international schools)?
