Water fees in the Netherlands

Im not dutch,moved here for work and am registered but I just received a bill from the gemeente bergen op zoom for EUR 1043 for water fees,sewer fees etc but Im staying in a hotel!

I didnt think I have to pay these fees as a hotel guest, true?
