What are the best areas to live in close to Gems International School in Abu Dhabi?

Hi there,

I am moving to Abu Dhabi soon with my family. I want my children to attend GEMS International.

What areas are close to GEMS International School as need to secure accommodation for my family?

Any insights from other expats would be great.

There are a number of GEMS International Schools in Abu Dhabi. Which one are you hoping to send your kids too?

Thanks Shantalie for the info... I am planning on getting my kids into Gems Cambridge? So is Al Munoor local to this school?

Hi Gul

Muroor is about 30 mins drive away from GEMS Cambridge International School. You will also need to consider that traffic congestion during rush hour will also add to your journey time. Public transport in Abu Dhabi is not really adequate, so you will need to drive.

Abu Dhabi has some good places but staying near Gems International School could be a matter of trouble. You should walk and see if there is any to let.
