Hello, I have lost my well paying job and been looking for a new one for a long period now but it seems that the system has spit me right out. Of course debts started to pile up and now at at the point that can’t even make minimum payment. Up till today no late or missed payment. The problem is if things remain the same, we will have to go home, but in this case without the ability to repay all the debt which I understand will results to severe consequence preventing me from the possibility of coming back here even again unless the debt is settled. 2 questions I have; 1- if i change the passport to a new one with different number, can they find out it is really me?? or is it linked to the eye scan? 2- Since the debt could be unsettled, some of the credit cards i have, i got cards to the wife, would this cause any future problem for her, meaning, if an arrest warrant or a blacklist is issued god forbid, would it be me only or also her.
Many thanks Frankie
