Dear All,
I'm from the Philippines and a Romanian company in Focsani is processing my application as customer service representative. I'm writing this query because I don't get quick response from them in email. I think its because of language barrier. Last week, they told me that they are going to submit my documents to the Philippine Embassy in Romania. Does it mean, they were already granted by their government to acquire a foreign employee? Or this is just the first step? Which comes first? Seeking of approval from their government or from the Embassy of the foreigner first?
Thanks for your time and answering :)
