Hi we are moving from South Africa to Canada. could anyone advise on how many months deposit expats are required to pay to rent (as we have no credit history)? What is the average cost to furnish a 3 bedroom home. Average rent for a 3 bedroom home?

Which city are you planning on moving to? The cost of accommodation varies considerably from city to city.
