Am I banned/blacklisted in UAE?

Dear Sir,
My name is Anilkumar T.S, residing in Kochi, Kerala, India. My passport number is G0065194, issued from regional passport office, Kochi, India. My problem is I had a employment visa in Sharjah based company M/s. Berlin Marine Engineering LLC during 2006-2009. Due to some personal family issues and some salary disputes with company, I returned back to my home country on 2008 without cancellation of my visa in my passport. The visa stamped in passport is still remains. After 6-8 months it is heard that that from my colleague, the company has given a letter to mol for absconding me. (It is not 100℅ relevant information). When I left from company, company has arranged all things for my travel including tickets and travelling to airport. They offered a return ticket to me after a month. But unfortunately, after so many telephone calls and emails, finally they told me the company is shutting down nearly and will be sold out soon. They advised me to find out a job in local in india. That time I have got a good job in india and Now I would like to return to UAE for a job and I am not sure that my passport is banned. The above said company is not existing now. It was sold-out to another team from the very next year from my exit. And I don't know the current name and status of that company.I will be highly obliged if you could inform me that present status of my passport for applying visa in UAE. My date of birth is 02/10/1976.
