I have been offered a Brand Manager Position at a multinational joint venture FMCG business (Jeddah) Saudi Arabia. The position is at a middle management level .They offer 7500 SR basic + 2650 Accommodation + car with family status.. How lucrative is the offer? What’s the market rate like around there? I Very much appreciate advice from anyone in the industry / marketing fraternity in SA. I’m presently holding the same position at a world renowned MNC in Sri Lanka

Hard question because packages tend to be made to suit where people come from. I would suggest you look at the package they are offering and compare it to what you are getting now - I expect the whole package is much better - in this caseit is is good for you.

I am not directly working in this sector but based on my knowledge it sounds like a reasonable deal. Family status is key as it is difficult to bring family here without the support of the company.
