Are there any groups in the Dammam/Al Khobar area, who socialise at weekends?

Whether it is for coffee and a slice of cake or for a meal in one of the many fabulous restaurants, it matters not. 

As an unaccompanied resident of Al Khobar for 3 years, I find it difficult to lock myself away at the weekends. And have no desire to travel to Bahrain.
