Last june we moved into a house we bought near evian. We went home in sept to do paperwork for long term visa. When we came back,we were told to present ourselves at office in anncey which we did,months later after no follow up,we called,answer was ,still processing. Now here it is april, still nothing,another call and the answer was oh,you have to go to grenoble. We are no strangers to expat life and understand the chaos and non information. We now have to find this mystery office, which it seems, closed till 23. All we have is phone number. We have to fly back to US soon and this glitch ,makes it seem as though we never even started the process. Any insight would be great!
