We made a permanent move to Le Meux in France 2 weeks ago and are struggling to work out how to get any UK tv. We brought our sky box and card (not the satellite dish). There is an existing dish on the house in France but we cannot drill anywhere as we are renting. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.

If you have a patio or garden, maybe you can mount a satellite dish on a patio stand. These are not too expensive and there is no need to drill through any of your homes brickwork. Even for the satellite cables, you can get window connectors, cost around 5 euros each.
The dish will need to be 90cm and pointing 28.2 East of South.
I hope this information helps.

Excellent - thank you for that, appreciate the advice. Thhink we might have found an engineer locally who's familiar with Sky so we'll see what he's got to say but a patio dish sounds like a good option. Thanks again
