Dear All I got a job offer in ADNOC with a salary of AED 20000+ for accomodation 12500+ kids education AED 70000. Can you suggest me is this is the good salary to join a company like ADNOC. I am having two kids age 3 & 5 years rgds

On the surface this seems like a pretty good offer, but whether this salary will sustain you and your family in Abu Dhabi is a matter of your personal expenses and lifestyle - basically waht you deem important to have a comfortable life. Accommodation and your kids schooling will likely be the biggest expenses. Abu Dhabi's transport system is far from comprehensive so you may also need to consider purchasing a car. Hello, my husband and I moved to Abu Dhabi on September, in my opinion 12500 for accommodation will not be enough to buy everything you need to get started, for example a mattress can cost between 3000 and 8000 so like you can see you will have to spend your own money to get settled. You also need to have in mind wether or not they will pay the rent for you because you need to pay one year in advance
