How do I enrol my kids in Vienna bilingual schools?

Hello, I have kids who speaks English and are learning German. So, I think VBS is a perfect option for them in Vienna. How do I enroll them? Do I submit applications to individual VBS? Do I have to go to a school district and they will assign schools for my children? Thank you!
