Hi Im a qualified architect and Interior designer with 7 yrs experience working in india. I was considering moving to dubai/Canada/Singapore if a lucrative offer does come along. Im a single lady and am unaware on how to go about my job search (except look at online classifieds).Another query i had is would it be of any help if i did a TEFL course for English (in getting alternate work oppertunities?) I would be greatful if anyone could guide me on which would be the place where i could see maximum growth and(Canada, dubai, or Singapore) what kind of payscales i should expect and if moving is at all a good idea. Thanks in advance

When considering a move abroad, there are lots of factors to consider when making a decision. As well as finding the right job with a decent salary, you'll also need to consider which country would suit your lifestyle and preferences most.
As for look for jobs abraod, the best place to often start a search is online. It is also useful to do some networking with any contacts you have in those countries. Linkedin is also an excellent source for finding work overseas.
In your case, I think you will probably earn more as an architect than an English teacher. You should look into what opportunities are avaialble for you as an English teacher in your chosen destinations before enrolling in a TEFL course.
Its hard to say which of those countries will provide the best opportunities and maximum growth for you. It will really end up depending on the type of job you choose to do and the company you work for.
