i work bfore in UAE,...and being deported and jailed for 3 months,...im got back last yr aug,...and now im planning to go qatar to seek job and start life again,...my concern are,...do their system at QATAR immigration and labor ministry can saw my records before from UAE? and is it true that i might be jail again in qatar if they found about that matters happened on me there at UAE? This is the kind of situation that occurs quite often but is complicated by the fact that each individual case is unique. Each country has its own visa laws and Qatar is no exception.
Generally speaking, if you are asked about immigration breaches, refusals or deportations on your visa application, this would jeopardise your chances of getting into the country in the first place (I wouldn't recommend lying).
It is very unlikely that you will be imprisoned for minor crimes committed in another country, I think your biggest risk is being allowed into Qatar.
I'd suggest getting hold of an immigration lawyer in Qatar, or asking at a consulate.
