I am coming to study in Madrid; and I don't know the city enough to know which one to chose. Please give me any advice. I will be studying at IE.

Both locations are close to the IE Business School so that you can walk. So it doesn't matter much. I suggest to take the accommodation which offers more value for money and is affordable. You should visit the places before you rent them for a longer period and then decide. Or rent a short-term room and then look around once you are in Madrid.
