Hi, my name´s Sofia, me and my husband are a young couple with a small child and we were told by a friend that in Australia they want young couples with children to live in rural areas. We dream to move to Australia for so long and I would like to know if this is true and how it works.
Thank you for advice.

Hi Sofia,
I migrated to Melbourne, Australia a while ago and based on my knowledge the Australian Govt. offers a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visa (subclass 187). This visa is a permanent residence visa for skilled workers who want to work in regional Australia.
More information about this category can be found at: http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/187.aspx
If you are seriously considering migrating to Australia I can refer you to a professional, successful, and reliable migration agent in Australia for a free phone consultation just to make sure if you qualify for this type of visa or otherwise.
As for myself I am a Certified Professional Expat Life Coach helping First-Time Expat Families to design their new life and soar high in a foreign land.
Please let me know how I can be of more service to you.
Regards,
Rajiv ...

Rajiv, I read this in the website you gave me: "have been nominated by an approved Australian employer for a job in regional Australia "
We were not nominated...this is problem, right?
