I am currently looking out for some employment contract details on an URGENT basis with respect to HR for one of my Europe based client who have their set up in Qatar as well. Would be more than glad if you can help me out with below mentioned pointers and their details :
1. Do we need to track Ethnicities, Disabilities, Marital Status, Religions, National IDs (QAT-QID), Driving licenses, Visa IDs as an employer? In case yes under what categories?
2. Is the concept of Permanent, Temporary, Internship contract applicable to Qatar? Any special condition applying?
Looking forward to hear from you.

Unfortunately we can only directly provide advice on an individual level, as seen in our Visas for Qatar and Work Permits for Qatar, as well as guidance on Doing Business in Qatar.
I would have a look at Hukoomi, the Qatari government's online portal.
Hope that ends up helping, hopefully someone else will be able to give you on the ground advice.
Good luck
