Where can I find quality U.S. beef here in China? I do not see that in any cities here in China, not in Beijing or Shanghai or Guangzhou or... Most of the quality imported beef here in China seems to be from Australia only.

Give these guys a call - their name and address is on the sign on Hangzhou St. in Nanning, with another location in Guangzhou. I've been buying USDA Choice from them for years. The best beef in China is found in the Province of Inner Mongolia due to their incredible grasslands and nutrient rich grains.  Most Jenny Lu's and Schindler's in Beijing and Shanghai offer this tender and delicisous beef at reasonable cost. You can also get it online for about 20% less and have it delivered within 2 days directly from Mongolian butcher shops. Just go to sina.com and search for the best prices in English. Enjoy!
